Our surface preparation and painting services include but are not limited to the following:

Surface Preparation
• High heat pressure washing and high volume water extraction - up to 4500 PSI with 200 degree capability.  High volume extraction enables pressure washing in areas with or without floor drains.
• Soda Blasting - Environmentally friendly, USDA approved food grade baking soda blast media is attractive to the food processing industry as well as other industrial and commercial applications to reduce the risk of media contamination within the processing plant. 
• Bead blasting - For more aggressive blasting without the hazards of silica sand, we blast with 99% silica free glass bead.

Commercial / Industrial Coatings
• Tilt up concrete finishes - smooth and textured concrete coatings.  Whether your project is 10,000 or 1,000,000 sqft., LMS is capable of applying coatings requiring heavy duty spray equipment and compressors. 
• High performance coating systems - Industrial epoxies, urethanes, and rust inhibitive coatings are available to meet your specific needs.
• Floor coatings – Industrial epoxies, single and multi component coatings, urethanes, as well as concrete stains are all well within the scope of products that LMS can provide.
• Commercial Wall Coverings – LMS can supply and install a wide variety of commercial wall coverings.
